Environmental protection

One of the major problems is the destruction of the rainforests. As a result, birds and animals lose their habitat, moreover it is also bringing about changes in the climate, air pollution and flooding.




Another big problem is water pullution. Factories are polluting rivers and lakes with dangerous chemicals, oil tankers are releasing oil into oceans and tons of industrial and domestic waste are poured into our seas. Consequently, sea life is threatened with extinction.




Air pollution is another important issue.The cars and factories exhaust fumes and that's why more and more people have developed allergies.





What can we do?

-we can plant trees and adopt animals
-create parks for endangered species
-cars should be banned from city centres
-goverments should force factories to put filters on chimneys
-recycle everything you can
-use public transport or go by bike or on foot
-don't buy food which is wrapped inplastic
-don't drop litter
-make a financial donation to environmental groups/organisations such as Greenpeace or WWF
-use fewer aerosol sprays
-fine factories that pollute seas, rivers and lakes
-take part in clean-up campaigns
